Order Cancellation Requests:

You can request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it falls under our Return Policy for details on returns and exchanges).

How to Submit a Cancellation Request:

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via one of the following methods:

Email: Send an email to contact@lavabros.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request - Order # [Your Order Number]". Please include your order number and the reason for your cancellation request in the body of the email.

Contact Form: Visit our Contact Us Page and fill out the contact form, selecting "Order Cancellation" as the subject. Please include your order number and the reason for your cancellation.

We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Cancellation Processing Time:

Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will review it and notify you of the status as soon as possible, typically within 3 business days.

If your order has not been shipped: We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If your order has already been shipped: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order at this stage. In this case, you will need to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return according to our Return Policy.

Reasons for Order Cancellation by Lavabros:

Lavabros reserves the right to cancel your order in certain circumstances, which may include but are not limited to:

Product Out of Stock: If an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock after your order has been placed. We will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or suggest alternative products.

Payment Issues: If there are issues with your payment method or if your payment cannot be processed. We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue before canceling the order.

Suspicion of Fraud: If we suspect any fraudulent activity associated with your order.

Shipping Restrictions: If there are shipping restrictions to your location that we are unable to accommodate.

If Lavabros cancels your order, you will receive a full refund for the total amount paid, including any shipping fees.

Partial Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel only a part of your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate partial cancellations if the items have not yet been processed for shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may need to return the unwanted items according to our Return Policy.

Refund Process for Cancellations:

Upon successful cancellation of an unshipped order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time for refunds can vary depending on your bank or payment provider typically 5 to 7 business days.
