Our 180-Day Promise
You have 180 days from receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Gift cards and final sale/promotion items (unless defective) are not eligible for return.
Easy Returns Process
No return label in your package? No problem!
- Email Us: Send your return request to support@lavabros.com.
- Tell Us: Include your full name, order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. For damaged/defective items, please attach a photo or video.
- Get Instructions: We’ll email you back with clear return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Return Address
All returns are processed through our U.S. facility, even though our company is registered in the United Kingdom.
All approved returns must be shipped back to the following address:

Please note:
Only returns that have been approved by our support team will be accepted. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.
A trackable shipping service is required for all return packages.
Refunds & Exchanges Explained
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Remember, your bank or credit card company might take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges: We only exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product/size). Contact us at support@lavabros.com for exchanges. You won’t pay return shipping for defective products.
Cancelling Your Order
- You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After 12 hours, cancellations depend on processing status. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 days.
Ineligible Returns
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Returns made more than 180 days after delivery.
- Gift cards and final sale/promotion items (unless defective).
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
- Items have been worn, washed, or used.
- Tags or original packaging are missing.
Return Shipping Fee
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Lavabros will cover both the return shipping fee and refund you in full (including the original shipping cost if applicable).
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. In these cases, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
