Order Returns

To start a return, simply email us at support@lavabros.com with your name, order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return (include a photo or video if the item is defective). Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Only authorized returns are accepted, and a trackable shipping method is required.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping fee and refund you in full (including the original shipping cost). For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product or size.
